Post 1 by bozmagic (The rottie's your best friend if you want him/her to be, lol.) on Monday, 12-Jun-2006 18:02:13

Hi Folks. It's your infamous freaky little friend Bellatrix again, this time, posting a very well-known game (in the UK anyways) which'll have your heads spinning.

This is of course, I Spy.
For those who haven't come across this game before, the object of the game is, someone thinks of anything in a certain place, area, vehiccle Etc Etc, and the right answer will be blindingly obvious, so everyone'll naturally, be racking their brains to think of the most difficult answers they can, when the thing in this particular building, vehicle or place, could be staring right at you, right now.

Now, the I Spy will change as soon as I see someone has the right object/item in the wright place, as there's obviously no sense in carrying on when we have a right answer, so here goes with the very first I Spy from me.
If you were playing I Spy face to face with family or friends, which you can also do, you'd say -
"I spy with my little eye, something beginning with P in a Supermarket".
I'm not saying what that thing is, however. It's up to you Zoners, for the next 7 days unless someone comes up with the right answer within that time, to work it out.

Enjoy. lollol.

Damn! Maria's got it everybody. It was people.

Now for our second I Spy. Something in a theme park beginning with S. These were Bellatrix's favourite thing to go on when she was younger. She misses them.

First of all, the name is Becky, not Maria.

Now for my guess for this second game: is it slides?

Post 9 by bozmagic (The rottie's your best friend if you want him/her to be, lol.) on Tuesday, 13-Jun-2006 13:12:03

Oops! Sorry! No, rwrong answer. Was talking to someone called Maria at the time.

Hmmmmm! Can't really give any clues here guys, but swings and sweets're both wrong, but I suppose a clue I could give is, it isn't something you can eat.

Post 17 by bozmagic (The rottie's your best friend if you want him/her to be, lol.) on Monday, 19-Jun-2006 20:24:42

No, but slides can be part of it.

Post 18 by bozmagic (The rottie's your best friend if you want him/her to be, lol.) on Monday, 26-Jun-2006 15:22:03

OK guys, I think it's been about a week since i posted the last I Spy, no-one got the right answer in that time, so I'll tell you all now, it was in fact, a soft play area you were all looking forr and the clue I posted a few days back should've cracked it. A slide can be part of a soft play area.

Post 19 by bozmagic (The rottie's your best friend if you want him/her to be, lol.) on Monday, 26-Jun-2006 15:30:26

Hi folks. This weeks I Spy is -
I Spy with my little eye, something beginning with T in the kitchen. As with the others, you have a week to post your answers before I call it quits and give you the right answer.

Post 25 by bozmagic (The rottie's your best friend if you want him/her to be, lol.) on Saturday, 08-Jul-2006 8:46:29

No. You sometimes have a trolley in your kitchen. It's either used for transporting breakfast, dinner or tea things in to another room where people are going to eat if they don't have their meals in the kitchen, or they use it as a storage place, but well done for trying anyway.. I'll post the next I Spy in a sec.

Post 26 by bozmagic (The rottie's your best friend if you want him/her to be, lol.) on Saturday, 08-Jul-2006 8:53:22

Now this I Spy is clever. It can be found in two locations. 1. A sweetshop or 2. A pick 'n mix compartment.
this week, it is I spy with my little eye, something beginning with F in a pick 'n mix.

Post 27 by Blue Velvet (I've got the platinum golden silver bronze poster award.) on Saturday, 08-Jul-2006 8:59:54

fudge? I'm not sure what a pick and mix is.

Post 28 by bozmagic (The rottie's your best friend if you want him/her to be, lol.) on Saturday, 08-Jul-2006 9:06:12

A pick and mix is a whole lot of little compartments with lids which can be found in a small chain store, like Woolworths, and you can select a whole range of mixed penny sweets like penny chews, fudge cubes, chocolates, white mice, marshmallows Etc Etc and put them all in a paper bag. The answer's not fudge though.

Post 29 by cuddle_kitten84 (I just keep on posting!) on Saturday, 08-Jul-2006 9:16:31

ok jen, i think i got it. the answer's flumps. you can get them in a pick and mix and they are in those boxes with the lid things on.

Post 30 by bozmagic (The rottie's your best friend if you want him/her to be, lol.) on Saturday, 08-Jul-2006 9:23:35

Damn! You got it Kay. It was flumps!

Post 31 by bozmagic (The rottie's your best friend if you want him/her to be, lol.) on Saturday, 08-Jul-2006 9:29:21

OK, this I Spy is then -
I spy with my little eye, something around the house, beginning with O.

Post 34 by bozmagic (The rottie's your best friend if you want him/her to be, lol.) on Sunday, 09-Jul-2006 9:29:03

Well, this is another nasty one. It isn't very obvious, but there are two versions of this thing and you do something to it to make it do something else. (nothing dirty here guys).

Post 35 by bozmagic (The rottie's your best friend if you want him/her to be, lol.) on Tuesday, 25-Jul-2006 13:48:08

Well, OK guys, I notice no-one's posted the right answer and its, been ages since I posted the thing around the house in the I Spy game. The thing you guys were looking for is an Oil Burner. You can get ones which you plug in, an element inside heats it so the scent of the aromatherapy oil you're burning just drifts in the air. I have one of these ceramic electric burners, but I also have a metal one with a sort of dip in the top where you pour a couple of drops of the oil you wwant to burn, then you open a little door in the side and there is a tea light directly underneath the well where the oil is, and you'd obviously light the candle to burn the oil. Well done for trying though guys.

Post 36 by bozmagic (The rottie's your best friend if you want him/her to be, lol.) on Tuesday, 25-Jul-2006 13:52:44

Hmmm! Too blimming hot to think today1 OK folks, this I Spy is a thing around the house also, but this object begins with W.

Some of these I Spies aren't always so obvious. This is another of these I Spies. This object moves

No Kay, all of this object moves when something happens outside. That's the only way I think I can give a clue without giving the answer away.

Post 45 by Blue Velvet (I've got the platinum golden silver bronze poster award.) on Wednesday, 26-Jul-2006 14:23:56

wind chimes?

Post 46 by bozmagic (The rottie's your best friend if you want him/her to be, lol.) on Thursday, 27-Jul-2006 6:23:59

Yep! It was windchimes. I have two lovely windchimes in my bedroom windows as there're two windows in most of our rooms in this house. OK then, this next I Spy is something in a handbag, beginning with I. I have one of these in my bag most of the time.

Post 47 by bozmagic (The rottie's your best friend if you want him/her to be, lol.) on Saturday, 25-Nov-2006 12:03:40

Hi folks! Blimey, it's ages since I posted an I spy! Soz about that. Anyway, this thing begins with D and is found, well anywhere you're using it really. In the car, outside, around the house Etc Etc.

Post 49 by Blue Velvet (I've got the platinum golden silver bronze poster award.) on Wednesday, 07-Mar-2007 14:31:01

Just out of curiosity, what was the answer to the one starting with i that you keep in your purse?

Post 50 by bozmagic (The rottie's your best friend if you want him/her to be, lol.) on Wednesday, 07-Mar-2007 16:58:46

There wasn't one beginning with I that you keep in your purse. I've just looked back through all the posts and couldn't find anything beginning with I. This thing begins with D, you can create your own little scenarios, plays or whatever using this item and it is normally found um, how can I put this without giving it away? Hmmm! in a bedroom, living room or anywhere you have space for it around the house. It also appeals to little people.

Post 51 by Blue Velvet (I've got the platinum golden silver bronze poster award.) on Wednesday, 07-Mar-2007 19:52:10

Post 46 right after you told me my guess of wind chimes was correct, you said:

OK then, this next I Spy is something in a handbag, beginning with I. I have one of these in my bag most of the time.
